Do I need to have an account to shop with Sweat In Style Fitness?

You can shop without having an account with Sweat In Style Fitness. However, if you have an account with us you will be able to track your orders and review your order history. If you have an account with Sweat In Style Fitness please ensure you are logged in to your account while shopping in order to receive all special offers and discount notifications.  See “My Account” section for info.   

Note: Customers not logged in or shopping as a “guest” will not be able to save or view their order history.

 

What’s my order status?

If you have a Sweat In Style Fitness account, you can log in to view order status and tracking on the “Account” page under “My Orders”. If you checked out as a guest, please feel free to email Contactus@sweatinstylefitness and our team would be happy to provide you with an update.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, the order fulfillment process begins. By emailing our customer service at Contactus@sweatinstylefitness.com  or calling our store at 1.877.855.7913 our team will do their very best to cancel your order prior to shipping. Please be advised this process will vary depending on order placement and shipping cutoff times.  Also please note orders shipped prior to the receipt of a request to cancel may be subject to shipping or return charges.

Can I exchange my order?

Sweat In Style Fitness allows up to 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange and requests are subject to the rules of the return policy.  In cases of “out of stock” items please check with Contact Us  for potential alternatives or discount incentives on reselections!

 

I am between sizes.  How do I ensure the best size fit with apparel items?

Since Sweat In Style Fitness brings the best products of many top fashion brands we don’t provide a single sizing chart.  Wherever possible we list our sizing suggestions in the product descriptions or feel free to contact Customer Service at Contact Us or feel free to call us for personal assistance. Call 1.877.855.7913 someone will get back to you promptly to assist you.

 

Shipping:  Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties & taxes.  We highly recommend contacting us for freight fee confirmation prior to placing international orders as freight costs can vary greatly based on weight and final destination.  Sweat In Style Fitness reserves the right to refuse some international locations based on the value of the total order.  See our full Shipping Policy for details.
